Terms of Service

Last updated: February 10, 2025

Preamble

Welcome to NotaSet, the app that makes managing your setlists as easy as playing an air guitar (even if you're into death metal)! By using our service, you agree to these terms of use, so grab your favorite drink, get comfortable, and let's dive into the ground rules.

Did you know that the average time spent searching for a setlist in loose papers is 42 minutes? NotaSet is here to save you that precious time (which you can use for epic guitar solos instead).

User Account

To enjoy NotaSet, you need to create an account. It's like joining a band, but without the stressful audition!

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country)
  • Your information must be accurate (we don't want to mix up Dave Grohl with Dave from accounting)
  • Your password must be secure (more complex than "password123" or "ILoveGuitar")
Remember: your account is like your instrument. Take good care of it and don't lend it to just anyone!

Using the Service

NotaSet is your best friend for setlist management, but like any good band, there are some rules to follow:

  • Only share content you have rights to (no pirated bootlegs!)
  • Respect other users (like you'd respect another musician's gear)
  • Don't use the service for illegal activities (we don't want to end up like the Sex Pistols)

Intellectual Property

At NotaSet, we respect copyright like a good musician respects tempo. All original NotaSet content is protected by copyright law.

Kind of like how Vanilla Ice "borrowed" the riff from "Under Pressure", avoid using our content without permission (and remember how that turned out for him).

Security and Privacy

Your data is protected like the Beatles' original scores. We use Fort Knox-level security measures (but more modern) to protect your information.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us faster than an Eddie Van Halen solo!

Changes to Terms

Like a good musical arrangement, these terms may evolve. We'll notify you of significant changes, just like a good conductor warns their musicians about score changes.
